Certified True Copies of Passports, Degrees and Company Documents in Thailand

A certified true copy is a copy compared with the original by an authorised person and certified as identical. It is used when a foreign bank, university or regulator will not accept a plain photocopy but does not need the original. Bring the original, and ask the receiving body whether it requires specific wording or a particular type of certifier.
We do not publish company service prices. Ask our team for a case-specific quotation; official fees remain those announced by the authority on the filing date.
Receiving bodies often specify the details
Many banks and regulators require set wording with the certifier's name, role, date and contact details, sometimes on every page.
- Passports and ID cards
- Degrees and transcripts
- Company certificates and shareholder lists
- Utility bills as proof of address
How we work, step by step
- Get the required wording. Send us any template first.
- Bring originals. With clear copies.
- Compare and certify. Each page is checked and signed.
- Further certification. MFA or embassy if needed.
- Hand over. Originals and scans.
Questions we are asked most
Can I send a photo of the original?
No. The certifier must see the original.
Do you publish prices or guarantee the outcome?
No. We quote after looking at your documents and situation, and every decision is made by the Thai authority concerned. We will tell you plainly when we think a plan is weak.
