Translation of Documents for Thai Courts and Legal Proceedings

Translation for Thai court cases

Foreign-language evidence submitted to a Thai court generally needs a Thai translation, and Thai judgments used abroad need translation into the destination language, often with certification. We translate and arrange certification; we do not give legal advice. Your lawyer decides what is filed and when, and the court decides what it accepts.

We do not publish company service prices. Ask our team for a case-specific quotation; official fees remain those announced by the authority on the filing date.

Working with your lawyer

Court translations must follow the lawyer's filing plan: which exhibits, in what order, and by which deadline. We agree terminology for names and legal terms with the lawyer first, then keep it consistent across all documents.

How we work, step by step

  1. Brief. Your lawyer tells us the documents, deadlines and format.
  2. Terminology. We agree spellings and key terms.
  3. Translate. We translate and check against the source.
  4. Certify. We provide translator certification and MFA certification if needed.
  5. Hand over. Documents go to your lawyer for filing.

Questions we are asked most

Will you act as a court interpreter?

Court interpreters are arranged with the court and your lawyer; ask them first.

Do you publish prices or guarantee acceptance?

No. We quote after seeing the documents, and acceptance is decided by the office that receives them.
