Embassy Legalisation in Bangkok After MFA Certification

For countries that do not accept an apostille from Thailand, or require more, Thai documents are first certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and then legalised by that country's embassy in Bangkok. Each embassy sets its own submission days, forms and processing times. Some legalise only translations made into their language; others want the original too.
We do not publish company service prices. Ask our team for a case-specific quotation; official fees remain those announced by the authority on the filing date.
Embassies do not all work the same way
Some embassies accept walk-in submissions, others only appointments; some return documents the same week, others much later. We check the embassy's current notice before planning.
How we work, step by step
- Confirm the route. We check whether the destination wants apostille or embassy legalisation.
- MFA first. We certify the documents at the Department of Consular Affairs.
- Embassy file. We prepare the embassy form and copies.
- Submit. We lodge at the embassy where third parties are accepted.
- Collect and return. We collect and return documents with scans.
Questions we are asked most
Is apostille now available for Thai documents?
Check the current HCCH status table and MFA notices for your date of use.
Do you publish prices or guarantee acceptance?
No. We quote after seeing the documents, and acceptance is decided by the office that receives them.
