Document Courier to Thai Ministries and Embassies in Bangkok

Many certification steps in Thailand happen in Bangkok — at the Department of Consular Affairs and at foreign embassies — and some accept submission by an authorised representative. We can file and collect documents for you where the office allows it, using a signed authorisation letter and copies of your ID. Offices that require the applicant in person cannot be handled this way.
We do not publish company service prices. Ask our team for a case-specific quotation; official fees remain those announced by the authority on the filing date.
What a representative can and cannot do
Representatives can usually lodge documents for MFA certification and collect them, and file legalisation requests at embassies that accept third parties. Passport applications, biometrics, interviews and some civil registration steps require the person themselves.
- Signed authorisation letter naming the representative
- Copy of your passport or Thai ID
- Originals in the order the office expects
- Tracked return delivery to your address
How we work, step by step
- Check the office. We confirm whether the office accepts a representative for your request.
- Receive documents. You send originals by tracked post or drop them at our office.
- Check before filing. We review names, seals and translations so the file is not rejected at the counter.
- Submit and collect. We file the documents and collect them on the release date.
- Return. We send everything back by tracked delivery and share scans of certified pages.
Questions we are asked most
Can you collect a passport for me?
Only where the issuing office allows collection by a representative; many do not.
Do I need to be in Thailand?
Not always. Signatures on the authorisation letter may need to be certified if signed abroad.
Do you publish prices or guarantee acceptance?
No. We quote after seeing the documents, and acceptance is decided by the office that receives them.
