Preparing Thai Degrees and Transcripts for Study or Work Abroad

Degree and transcript preparation for study or work abroad

Most Thai universities can issue English-language degree certificates and transcripts on request. Foreign universities, credential evaluators and work-visa offices may additionally ask for certification by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, embassy legalisation or direct verification from the university. Ask the receiving body which form it accepts before ordering copies.

We do not publish company service prices. Ask our team for a case-specific quotation; official fees remain those announced by the authority on the filing date.

Sealed, certified or verified?

Some evaluators want transcripts sent directly by the university in a sealed envelope; others accept certified copies. Work-visa offices often want the degree legalised. Each route has a different order of steps.

  • English degree certificate and transcript from the university
  • Passport copy matching the name on the degree
  • Name change certificate if the name differs

How we work, step by step

  1. Read the requirement. We check the university, evaluator or visa office instructions.
  2. Order documents. You request English documents from your university.
  3. Translate if needed. Thai-only documents are translated with consistent name spelling.
  4. Certify. We arrange MFA certification and embassy legalisation where required.
  5. Send. We help package documents for direct submission or upload.

Questions we are asked most

Can you verify my degree with the university?

Verification requests are made by the receiving body or by you; we help prepare and follow the process.

Do you publish prices or guarantee acceptance?

No. We quote after seeing the documents, and acceptance is decided by the office that receives them.
