Signing Documents for Thailand from Abroad, or for Abroad from Thailand: E-Notary and Alternatives

Remote online notarisation is lawful in some countries and states under the law where the notary is commissioned, but not every recipient accepts it. Many Thai government offices, such as land offices, still expect a wet signature certified by a Thai embassy or consulate. Ask the recipient which form it accepts before choosing. We advise on options and prepare documents; we are not an online notary.
We do not publish company service prices. Ask our team for a case-specific quotation; official fees remain those announced by the authority on the filing date.
Your options
They differ in convenience, time and acceptance. The most convenient may not work for every document.
- Sign at a Thai embassy or consulate, for documents used in Thailand
- Local notary, then apostille or further legalisation
- Remote online notarisation where the notary's law allows it
- Power of attorney to someone in Thailand
Documents rarely suited to online notarisation
Thai land and property transactions, civil registration and Thai court filings usually require signatures certified by a Thai mission abroad. For disputes or litigation, consult your own lawyer first.
How we work, step by step
- Identify document and recipient. Which country and office.
- Confirm accepted form. Embassy, notary, apostille or online.
- Prepare the document. Draft, translate and match passport names.
- Sign and certify. Through the chosen channel.
- Send originals. Courier back and keep copies.
Questions we are asked most
Will a Thai land office accept a foreign e-notarised document?
Do not assume so. Ask the land office handling the matter and keep the Thai embassy option ready.
Do you publish prices or guarantee the outcome?
No. We quote after looking at your documents and situation, and every decision is made by the Thai authority concerned. We will tell you plainly when we think a plan is weak.
