Frequently asked questions
- Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?
- No. Every decision is made solely by the embassy or immigration authority. We prepare a complete, truthful application, check it against the official requirements and explain the risks before you submit.
- Do I have to visit your office?
- No. Most cases are handled remotely: we review documents by LINE or email, arrange translation and certification, and book your appointment. You only attend in person where biometrics or an interview are required.
- Where are your fees listed?
- Official government fees change by announcement, so we do not publish fixed amounts. We link to the official fee page for your destination and give you a written quote for our service before you start.
- Is your content in English as detailed as the Thai pages?
- The Thai pages hold our full country-by-country guides. This English page summarises our services; our team answers in English by phone, LINE and email.
