Translating Thai Medical Council and Nursing Council Documents for Licensing Abroad

Overseas professional regulators usually want three groups of documents: your degree and transcript, your Thai professional licence, and a Certificate of Good Standing showing no disciplinary record. Some must be sent directly by the Thai council to the regulator rather than carried by you. We plan the sequence and translate and certify the documents you submit yourself; issuing council documents and the licensing decision belong to those bodies.
We do not publish company service prices. Ask our team for a case-specific quotation; official fees remain those announced by the authority on the filing date.
Documents commonly requested
Requirements vary by country and profession. Read the regulator's current applicant guide before ordering anything.
- Degree and transcript
- Thai licence to practise medicine, nursing, dentistry or pharmacy
- Certificate of Good Standing from the council
- Internship and specialist training certificates
- Employment certificates from hospitals
Common causes of delay
English names spelt differently across degree, licence and passport; hospital names translated inconsistently; and a Good Standing certificate expiring before submission. We fix a glossary of names and terms for every document and order the short-validity documents last.
How we work, step by step
- Read the regulator's rules. Which documents must come directly from the council.
- List documents and validity. So nothing expires before you apply.
- Fix names and terms. Consistent with your passport.
- Translate and certify. Certified translation, MFA or notary as required.
- Check the set. Against the applicant guide once more.
Questions we are asked most
Can you request my Good Standing from the Medical Council?
Council procedures apply and some require you to apply yourself. We prepare the request, translate supporting documents and track the sequence.
Must the translator be accredited in the destination country?
Some regulators require it. Check before ordering translations.
Do you publish prices or guarantee the outcome?
No. We quote after looking at your documents and situation, and every decision is made by the Thai authority concerned. We will tell you plainly when we think a plan is weak.
