Professional Interpreters in Thailand for Business Meetings, Courts and Hospitals

Professional interpreters for business, courts and hospitals

Interpreters work with speech, translators with documents. Good interpreting depends on preparation: terminology, names and the documents to be discussed. We match interpreters to the setting and language. For court hearings we coordinate with the court and your lawyer first, because Thai courts have their own rules on interpreters.

We do not publish company service prices. Ask our team for a case-specific quotation; official fees remain those announced by the authority on the filing date.

Choose the right mode

Small meetings usually use consecutive interpreting, with speakers pausing. Large conferences need simultaneous interpreting with equipment and at least two interpreters. Hospitals and government offices need someone familiar with the vocabulary and procedures of that place.

  • Negotiations and factory visits
  • Board meetings and seminars
  • Medical appointments
  • District offices, immigration and embassies
  • Court hearings, with the court and lawyer

Brief the interpreter

Send the agenda, attendee list, slides and key terms in advance. Everything is handled confidentially.

How we work, step by step

  1. Tell us the job. Language, date, place and setting.
  2. Match an interpreter. Experienced in that type of work.
  3. Send briefing material. Agenda, slides, terms and names.
  4. On the day. The interpreter arrives early to meet the speakers.
  5. Debrief. We flag points worth confirming in writing.

Questions we are asked most

Can the interpreter also translate documents?

That is a separate service, especially if certification is needed.

Do you offer remote interpreting?

Yes, for video meetings, except where attendance in person is required.

Do you publish prices or guarantee the outcome?

No. We quote after looking at your documents and situation, and every decision is made by the Thai authority concerned. We will tell you plainly when we think a plan is weak.
