DS-160 Help for Thai Applicants: Checking the Form Before Submission

The DS-160 is the online form every temporary US visa applicant completes before the interview, and the consular officer reads it during the interview. Answers must match the passport, employment documents and what the applicant actually says. Once submitted it cannot be edited; a new form is needed and the confirmation number may need updating in the appointment system.
We do not publish company service prices. Ask our team for a case-specific quotation; official fees remain those announced by the authority on the filing date.
Common errors from Thai applicants
Job titles translated differently from the employment letter, incomplete travel history and forgotten old passports cause most follow-up questions.
- Job title and employer exactly as in the employment letter
- Every previous US visa and passport
- Correct sponsor and US contact details
- Security questions read carefully in English
For employers and sponsors abroad
If you are inviting or employing a Thai traveller, send us your letter and contact details; we make sure the form reflects them consistently.
How we work, step by step
- Collect documents. Passport, old visas, employment and travel details.
- Draft answers. Consistent with every document.
- Review with the applicant. Line by line before submission.

Questions we are asked most
Can you sign the form for the applicant?
No. The applicant must review and certify the answers themselves.
Do you publish prices or guarantee the outcome?
No. We quote after looking at your documents and situation, and every decision is made by the Thai authority concerned. We will tell you plainly when we think a plan is weak.
