Online Visa and Document Consultation in English with a Thai Team

Online visa and document consultation

If you are outside Bangkok and Khon Kaen, or abroad, you can review your visa or document plan with us online by video call, LINE or email. Send your questions and scans beforehand; in the session we check the route, list missing documents and flag risks. A consultation is planning help — the decision always belongs to the embassy or Thai authority.

We do not publish company service prices. Ask our team for a case-specific quotation; official fees remain those announced by the authority on the filing date.

Making the session useful

Send passport data pages, current visa stamps and the documents you already have before the call. We read them first so the time is spent on your decisions, not on collecting basic facts.

  • Your goal and target date
  • Passport and visa pages
  • Any refusal letters or official correspondence
  • Documents the receiving office has asked for

How we work, step by step

  1. Contact us. Message by LINE, email or phone with a short summary.
  2. Send documents. Share scans securely before the call.
  3. Consultation. We review the route, documents and timing with you.
  4. Written summary. You receive a checklist of next steps.
  5. Optional service. If you want us to handle the work, we quote at that point.

Questions we are asked most

Is the consultation confidential?

We use documents only for your case and do not publish client details.

Do you publish prices or guarantee the outcome?

No. We quote after looking at your documents and situation, and every decision is made by the Thai authority concerned. We will tell you plainly when we think a plan is weak.

We review your situation and documents first. Decisions are made by the relevant embassy, immigration office or receiving authority, not by our team.
