Visa Photos for Thai Applicants: Size, Background and Digital Upload Rules

Each country publishes its own photo rules, usually based on ICAO standards: size, head proportion, plain background, neutral expression and no glasses. Digital forms such as the DS-160 check photos automatically and reject those that fail. A recent compliant photo avoids rescheduling.
We do not publish company service prices. Ask our team for a case-specific quotation; official fees remain those announced by the authority on the filing date.
Rules that differ by country
Check the destination's current specification.
- Print size (e.g. 2x2 inch for the US, 35x45 mm for Schengen)

Common rejections
Shadows, glasses, retouching, hair covering the face and old photos are the usual reasons.

Questions we are asked most
Can I reuse my passport photo?
Usually only if it meets the visa rules and is recent enough.
Do you publish prices or guarantee the outcome?
No. We quote after looking at your documents and situation, and every decision is made by the Thai authority concerned. We will tell you plainly when we think a plan is weak.
